Thanks for visiting us here at Let it Sew! I started out in the early nineties selling fleece blankets at some local flea markets. It took only a couple of months before people knew to look for me at the markets. Soon I was dubbed "The Blanket Man!" After several seasons selling "plain" fleece blankets, I decided that I'd start personalizing blankets and, instead of working at outdoor flea markets, attending various indoor craft shows (not to mention it was starting to get cold at the outdoor flea markets!).

For the past several years, I've continued working at the local craft shows. My wife and I take orders for personalized fleece blankets at these shows, and usually have them ready for the person to pick up before they leave. For those that want fancier designs on their blankets, I complete them and arrange for delivery at a later time. During this same time, we expanded production capability and started to do larger orders for people and organizations (like schools, marching bands, and sports teams).

Our next step was to enter the World Wide Web -- in 2002, we launched www.letitsew.com. We have continued to sell blankets both through the internet and at local craft shows. More recently, we again expanded production capability and have added another new machine to our shop. We now have the capability to embroider, among other things, shirts, hats, sweatshirts, and, of course, fleece blankets!

Throughout this journey, our goal has always been to give our customers quality items in a timely manner. We're glad you've stopped by and hope we can help you!
